Back again with another stylized Deinocheirus, this time, more closer to a Speculative Evolution creature, Deinocheirus!
Description-
Deinocheirus resides almost his entire time in the waters, almost entirely submerged aside from his hump, which is consistently exposed with flora and fauna living on it acting like a pseudo island where flora and smaller fauna can inhabit and live on it.
Deinocheirus is semi-predatory, eating fish, aquatic and terrestrial plants, or live prey items, often swimming dinosaurs. It often grazes off foliage that is directly under or around it's head or on land. When drinking, it takes large gulps of water which creates somewhat of a vacuum in water, where it sucks the prey into the general region of its mouth, which then it can eat. Deinocheirus can outright persuit prey if needed or catch prey below or level with it. Though occasionally when times are dire, they can attack and ambush from below. It is also semi-terrestrial, although often going on land to simply to change waters to reside in, lay eggs, or to sit.
He is equal density with water, so he can either stand or float in water with its hump exposed whenever. Its gigantic size makes it a sight to see as if it were a kaiju, although due to biological limitations, it's no bigger than some small/medium sauropods. Even with this in mind, this creature is a force to be reckoned with, especially when the wise mistake the hump for its island. The creature is well known for it's robust and muscular build, with powerful arms that can ward off the largest of predators.
Deinocheirus' hump is a unique trait, with it acting as an island. The hump often has rocks, soil, and logs gathered by the creature and plants that grow on the soil, often being coastal plants, grasses, bushes, and even small trees. Creatures such as birds and semiaquatic reptiles will mistake the hump as an actual island and rest on it, although this happens with no repercussions since it's beneficial to both creatures in a semi-symbiotic relationship. Though in dire situations, Deinocheirus can remove the material off it's back if needed or attempt to attack prey items that are on the hump, although this is extremely rare.
Deinocheirus resides in any water environment, such as swamps, lakes, ponds, rivers, coastal seas, bays, or coastline oceans, preferring to stay anywhere near the coast despite it having the ability to cross large stretches of water.
